Hi, I’m Nicola
I have been teaching for over 12 years now - it's my passion and I love sharing this skill with my students.
I particularly enjoy flexibility - both on and doff the pole/hoop! I was never particularly flexible, and don't have a gymnastics background - but I found that with consistency and good technique I am able to conquer most of my flexibility goal and over the years have become a 'flexspert'.
